The advantages of two-stage compressed screw air compressor

The rotor is finished through twenty processes to ensure its accuracy, reliability and efficiency.

Compared to the single-stage compression, the two-stage can achieve the required pressure and saving more than 15% of energy. 

The compression ratio and the load of bearing will drop by each grade compression. But the service life is extended. It is designed with cooling agent injection; the mist coolant is compressed and cooled by the first-stage compression before coming to the secondary compression, which greatly reduces the power consumption and inter cooler.

The maintenance cost is also reduced.
